This simple tale has layers of charm. Thoughtfully written, with light and humor, this fairytale-esque story is told through beautiful images and heartfelt dialogue. The art is defined by simple forms and intricate patterns, providing whimsical and childlike aesthetic. Kerry is a delightful protagonist, always looking for the best in the creatures he meets along the way and continually motivated by service and charity. The malice of the antagonist is mostly portrayed in an age-appropriate way, though there are a few heavy moments.
